XLCS Core Edition (XLCS Core V9) is here! Leveraging AI tools and extensively rewriting previous version formula functions with VBA code, XLCS Core V9 offers advantages in execution efficiency, complex logic processing, automation, and customization, delivering advanced features previously unattainable with complex formulas to meet user needs.
A major structural upgrade to product type logic addresses the previous limitation where the same product could not have multiple configuration standards. After the upgrade, for example, high-rise products can have multiple tiers such as Yueju (Tier J) and Anju (Tier C). The template automatically matches configuration standards and preliminary/construction unit cost benchmarks based on each product’s name and tier.
V9.0 Update 2026-03-21
① Major structural upgrade to product type logic, addressing the previous limitation where the same product could not have multiple configuration standards. After the upgrade, for example, high-rise products can have multiple tiers such as Yueju (Tier J) and Anju (Tier C). The template automatically matches configuration standards and preliminary/construction unit cost benchmarks based on each product’s name and tier.
② Optimized the VBA code for the “Auto-Generate Catalog” button on the home page, resulting in faster catalog regeneration.

⑧ Optimized the ratio formula for parking space sales absorption plans in Sheet 02 and added error validation.

① Optimized and rewrote multiple VBA code modules, fixed bugs, and improved execution speed, including: unified interest calculation module for financing loans, external link checking module for workbooks, cross-sheet reference checking module, sales digestion module for Sheet 02, sales dynamic analysis module, selling price sensitivity analysis module, land price sensitivity analysis module, template version/website data update module, file export function module, pre-construction payment plan module, restricted fund calculation module, and optimal network detection module.
② Added relevant configuration for the saleability of above-ground ancillary accommodation.
V9.2 Update 2026-04-23
① Completely rewrote VBA code related to product type/indicators, fixed major bugs; upgrade recommended.
② Fixed multiple bugs in the civil engineering/turnkey cost breakdown sheet.
③ Fixed several bugs in the configuration standard sheet.
④ Fixed the bug where construction management fees and municipal infrastructure fees were not calculated for above-ground non-saleable area.
⑤ Fixed the freezing bug in the non-standard financing module.
V9.3 Update 2026-05-12
① Added detailed cost breakdown sheets for hotel and MALL civil works/main contract works, and introduced hotel and MALL configuration coefficients into the standard configuration sheet.
② Fixed a bug in the data validation and review sheet where the product’s rough-shell/finished shell status did not correctly input the corresponding selling price for verification (holding products were not considered).
③ Fixed a bug in the preliminary/construction cost calculation when the product includes underground floor area that counts toward the plot ratio.
④ Optimized formulas related to unit mix verification and unit count statistics in Sheet 02.
⑤ Enhanced and refined the VBA code for automatically generating the home page and table of contents, as well as exporting worksheets.
⑥ Added a one-click button in Sheet 02 to fine-tune unit mix areas. The VBA code automatically adjusts the area of each unit type based on the input unit mix areas and the total design area of the product.
⑦ Completely rewrote the VBA code related to ThisWorkbook and non-standard financing, fixed bugs, and improved runtime performance.
⑧ Completely rewrote the VBA code related to official website node speed testing and city name validation, fixed bugs, and added one-click speed testing for all nodes and shortcut buttons for node switching.
